"Our webshop, built in 2008 on FileMaker, served us well for years," says Caroline, Ergonomio's Managing Director. "But we hit the limits of what was possible. With our growth potential, it was time for a complete overhaul of our business processes."
Why Odoo and Dynapps?
The Ergonomio team began searching for a new ERP system independently. "We conducted extensive research, spoke with fellow entrepreneurs, and shared experiences," Caroline explains. "Odoo stood out for its flexibility, user-friendly interface, and open-source nature. However, we also knew we needed an experienced partner to implement a tailored system." After a thorough selection process, Ergonomio chose Dynapps.

A Comprehensive Approach: From Analysis to Implementation
The project kicked off in the fall of 2023. "It all started with an intensive conversation and analysis," says Marie, Ergonomio’s web sales expert, who led the implementation process. "Together with Dynapps, we mapped out our business processes and translated them into a functioning system." Once the decision was made, the development phase began with a detailed analysis completed in February 2024.
The implementation phase began in May 2024. During this period, designs were provided by an external partner, and various workshops were held to align all components. “The official launch of our new system started in June 2024, with a full go-live in November 2024,” Marie explains.

The New Website: User-Friendly and Customer-Centric
On November 13, 2024, the new Ergonomio website went live. "We’re already receiving a lot of positive feedback," Marie says. "The website is more intuitive and user-friendly, significantly enhancing the customer experience."
One of the standout features is the product configurator, a custom solution designed to make the variety of product options (color, fabric, shape) easier to navigate. Additionally, a sophisticated mega menu was tailored to e-commerce categories.

The integration of tools like Yuki, Mollie and Sendcloud helps streamline logistics and payment processes. "We notice that customers are finding their way more easily, but we’re still refining how to optimize this fully. With the possibilities we now have, we’re working hard to enhance this experience further in the short term."
Future-oriented business
Although the transformation was recently completed, the Ergonomio team is already enthusiastic about the future. "We feel like we’ve laid a solid foundation for further growth," Caroline says. "With Odoo, we can easily scale and continue to innovate."
Marie adds, "It’s a huge relief to have everything in one system. We can now work more efficiently and focus on what really matters: providing our customers with the best ergonomic solutions."
