Currently, we are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Project Manager to lead one of our teams in delivering high-quality Odoo implementations to our clients.
Who is our Project Manager?
- You have experience in realizing ERP implementations as a Project Manager.
- You can lead, coach and inspire your team. You give your colleagues space for initiative and creativity.
- You delegate tasks to the right people and set clear priorities.
- You value transparent and honest communication. You convey messages smoothly and professionally.
- You work accurately, structured, and proactively.
- Of course, you have knowledge of project management methodologies.
- You can communicate fluently in English.
- You are a true Dynapps ambassador.
Your tasks?
- As a Project Manager, you lead a team of 10 colleagues. They are business consultants and Odoo developers.
- In addition, you also take on the role of People Manager: you set objectives, conduct evaluation discussions, challenge your consultants,...
- You are responsible for multiple Odoo projects from A to Z: from presales to transition to Services.
- You are responsible for communication with the customer and facilitate this, among other things, using tools such as Jira, Confluence, etc.
- You closely monitor the implementation: you oversee the scope, planning, and project budget.
- You identify risks, monitor them, and mitigate where necessary.
- Knowledge sharing is key: you transfer the knowledge and already gained experience to your colleagues.
- With your entrepreneurial spirit, you easily spot new opportunities.
