Job Description
You will manage sales processes from A to Z: from lead qualification to closing the deal. You will primarily work from our headquarters in Geel but you are willing to occasionally visit our clients. Here's a glimpse of your responsibilities, which can expand with your experience:

Lead qualification: following up on incoming leads and converting them into opportunities

Being the initial point of contact for introductory meetings with our leads/clients.

Delivering clear demos and present them confidently.
- Understanding customer needs through conversations.
- Managing the quotation process from start to finish. You are responsible for closing deals.
- Handling administrative tasks such as preparing specifications, RFQs, and RFIs, and ensuring thorough administrative follow-up throughout the process.
- Staying updated on the latest Odoo trends to advise our clients and leads on the newest features.
- Collaborating closely with Marketing: providing content for instance for our social media/blogs/testimonials/….
- Making a significant contribution to promoting Dynapps' mission, vision, and values.
Who is our new passionate colleague?
- You have a bachelor's or master's degree in Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
- You have previous experience in a sales and/or IT environment.
- You radiate passion, entrepreneurship, and decisiveness.
- You are strong in commercial communication and have the ability to empathize with customer needs.
- You have the ability to empathize with customer needs.
- You combine all these qualities to persuasively communicate with clients.
- You think collegiality is very important.
- You are fluent in English & Dutch. (idéalement même en françois!)
