How did the first few weeks go?
"Right from day 1, I was assigned a buddy - a colleague who acted as my 'go-to' person, where I could turn with all my questions - this helped me immensely! Through the numerous training sessions and tutorials during onboarding, it didn't take long for me to feel acquainted with the job's content. It was intense, without a doubt. But thanks to the clear onboarding process, everything was manageable and clear."
Where do you get the most energy from?
"The interaction with clients and finding solutions to address their issues gives me the most energy. It's fantastic to hear that clients are genuinely assisted thanks to the solutions we put forward - that's when you feel like you're making a real impact!"

What learnings have you gained?
"I've had the privilege of participating in numerous functional training sessions, which allowed me to quickly gain a lot of expertise. From CRM to website, accounting & invoicing, sales, purchase, rental, point of sale, inventory, field service, planning, MRP, ... the list goes on! Self-study is necessary, but if you come across any challenges, there's always someone you can turn to. You're not alone in this learning process!"
Do you have tips for future colleagues?
"Even if you don't have an IT background, it's worth considering Dynapps. Thanks to Dynapps' pragmatic can-do mentality and informal atmosphere, there are countless opportunities to develop and grow yourself. With close contact with Isabelle and Michelle (our Talent Acquisition Officers) and the transparent growth plan, there's always room to discuss your personal growth journey. My advice?
